On May 9, 2018, we were on our way to Jonathan Dickinson State Park when our Winnebago rv cut off and would not restart at I-95 exit 101. Our vehicle (34 ft. Winnebago Adventurer) was towed to their facility in Palm City. They diagnosed the problem correctly (electrical in nature-as a roadside mechanic had already advised us it was probably the fuel pump- which is a major repair). Chris and his team had us up and running in less than 2 hours, and we were on our way. They were professional and courteous. They did a big job on my F-250. If you own a diesel, Jordan is, in my opinion, the best diesel mechanic in 4 counties - master mechanic for sure. Unlike dealers and other shops I went to before I found Crown, they were top-notch in terms of the quality of their diagnostics, their wrenching was the best I've ever seen and their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. What's more? They didn't charge me an arm and a leg!! Crown has earned my business for life. Do yourself a favor.
