The water pump on my pickup failed over the weekend, being a current Crown Car Care customer I knew where to take the truck for a trustworthy quality repair at a fair price. Cody was able to get me in first thing Monday morning, she provided a comprehensive quote by noon, which I thought was reasonable and I that I was able to approve online, she inquired as to my urgency for the repairs and we agreed on Wednesday by closing if possible. To my surprise, at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Cody advised that my truck was ready, roughly 24 hours after they had first set eyes on it. I was even more surprised to learn that the price that I was quoted, and that I approved, was to be significantly reduced. I try to shop locally and utilize local services whenever I can, this experience again reaffirms my belief that hometown businesses will continue to exceed expectations. Thumbs up to Crown Car Care.

Since my car is still under warranty, they suggested I take it to the dealership to make use of it, rather than pushing for an immediate repair.
