This was not my first time with Crown Car Care of Palm City and it will not be my last. I moved to this area 3 years ago and bounced around from dealer shops to other chain type service centers and always felt that I was being taken advantage of - a friend recommended Crown and working with them has been great. This was the second time we dealt with Crown and both times were a pleasure , they don't try to tell you that you need things you don't need. At the same time, they watch out for what might need service in the future and alert you. They communicate before doing any work and do what they say. The mechanics at Crown Car Care in Palm City, FL really take the time to explain what the matter is with the car and they are very patient. They are very knowledgeable and they do a really good job at really explaining the problem and why they are doing what they are doing. They give you options, like this really should be done now but this other thing can wait as opposed to high pressure sales or scare tactics. Their price is fair and the quality is high. Here at Crown Car Care in Palm City & Stuart we often do diagnostics and sometimes the problem is obvious after hooking the car up to the computer and reading the codes. However, sometimes it isn't obvious during a test drive or after hooking it up to all those computer programs! You know there is a problem and a Check Engine Light is on with the fleet customer telling you the car has been having issues starting and the light has been going off and on depending on several factors. No pattern, no simple answer but the problem becomes obvious when you start following the "threads of the issue" thanks to all that ASE Technician training.
