5-star for the service. 5-star for saving my weekend with my family. My van broke down half-way to my 4-hour drive destination. I do not know any shop in the area. It was referred to me by the towing company. Chris, the manager I talked to was very professional and helpful in the situation. I left the car the whole weekend and arrange a tow truck to pick up 5-days later. What was seem to be a nightmare situation become a painless experience.
